Acorn Preparation the Ohlone Way

Quail Hollow Ranch is turning back time five hundred years for an afternoon of learning about the Ohlone way of life. Join park interpreter Lee Summers to learn about Ohlone culture through stories, artifacts and food. And yes, a traditional Ohlone acorn dish is on the menu. This activity is welcome to ages 6 and up, so bring the whole family!

Fee: $28. Register in advance at www.scparks.com or call 831-454-7941, Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.

Sunday, November 30. 12:30-4:00pm. Quail Hollow Ranch, 800 Quail Hollow Road, just two miles up Zayante Road from Felton and two miles from Ben Lomond via Glen Arbor Road. Park hours are dawn to dusk, daily. For more information call 831-335-9348.
